For years, Wielton has been supplying the market with advanced tipper bodies and semi-trailers, which are used in numerous industries, often in the toughest of conditions.
The company’s trailer designs continue to be refined for durability, ease of operation, safety of use and meeting customer needs.
Transporting bulk materials requires reliable equipment that can handle heavy loads and diverse operating conditions.
Therefore, in addition to its various dump trailers, the Wielton brand also offers a wide range of rear-end bodies.
“Our range of tipper bodies and semi-trailers was created with the everyday needs of transport companies in mind,” said Wielton Commercial Director, Andrzej Mowczan.
“We are pleased that customers appreciate Wielton tipper semi-trailers, and we currently rank first in Poland in terms of registrations of this type of semi-trailer.
“It’s worth noting, however, that we also offer tipper bodies, which are equally effective in intensive operations thanks to their robust construction and optimal weight.”
It is commonly known in transport that rear-tipping bodies designed for use in heavy industries, such as construction and mining, are constantly exposed to extreme loads and intense wear and tear daily.
Wielton addresses this with its products being manufactured using high-strength materials, such as HARDOX HB450 steel from SSAB, modern manufacturing technologies, and a robotic production facility, ensuring long-term, trouble-free operation even in the harshest conditions.
“When designing dump trucks, we place particular emphasis on safety and durability, which is why we equip our products with features like proven hydraulic systems and high-strength components from renowned manufacturers,” said Wielton Senior Product Manager, Łukasz Trzeciakiewicz.
“Customers also value the availability of different body shapes: half-pipe or square, allowing them to match the model to the type of material being transported, ensuring quick and trouble-free unloading.”

Product range
The Wieluń-based manufacturer’s portfolio includes half-pipe tipper bodies with a dedicated intermediate frame for any chassis type, compatible with asphalt pavers.
The steel Half-Pipe Vario Master body with a lower centre of gravity features a rearward-extending cargo box made of HARDOX HB450 steel from SSAB, available in volumes from 12 to 23 m³.
Depending on customer preferences, customers can choose body panelling configurations – wall thicknesses ranging from 4.5-8 mm or floor thicknesses from 6-8 mm, as well as a mechanical or hydraulic tailgate.
The manufacturer offers a wide range of equipment to facilitate the operation of the HPV body, including a configurable roof. Furthermore, an aluminium cargo box can be manufactured from EndurAL HB110 for applications where every kilogram of cargo counts.
Square Master bodies are available for 3-, 4-, and 5-axle tipper chassis with body volumes ranging from 12 to 24 m³.
Reinforced side walls with a top and rear profile, and additional cross members increase the durability of the cargo box. A heated floor prevents material from freezing in low temperatures, ensuring reliable operation in all conditions.
The Square Vario Master features a conical body, widened at the rear, ensuring safe and efficient unloading, and aluminium discharge chutes along the entire body length.
The latest Wielton tipper body is the Square Scow-End, featuring a frame made of cold-formed channel section and S-500 steel and a load bed made of HARDOX HB450 steel from SSAB.
The Square Scow-End Master (SQE) is available for 3- and 4-axle chassis and is designed for road construction, housing developments, and gravel pits.
The body volume ranges from 12 m³ to 23 m³, with walls available in 4-8 mm thickness and a floor of 8-12 mm. The Square Scow-End Master Mine (SEM) is designed for operation in extreme mining conditions. Its volume ranges from 12 m³ to 25 m³, with walls available in 6-8 mm thickness and a floor of 10-15 mm.
Wielton’s comprehensive offering also includes a wide range of self-dumping trailers, from steel half-pipe Konisch construction dumpers, through scrap metal dumpers, to lightweight aluminium structures ideal for agricultural applications.
Customers can also choose from a wide range of optional equipment.
Trailers are available in various capacities, from 22 to as much as 67 m³, depending on the model.
In the tipper segment, key parameters and features include structural strength, stability, optimised tare weight, and high abrasion resistance of the load bed.
