At a meeting of the Wielton SA Supervisory Board on December 15, a resolution was adopted, appointing a new composition of the company’s Management Board for the 8th term of office.
With the appointment of the new Management Board, the trailer OEM is seeking to strengthen that Board with commercial, operational, and human resources management competencies.
The December appointment is seen as the first step of Wielton embarking on the next phase of its development, with the new Management Board combining extensive managerial experience and industry knowledge.
This change is part of a consistently implemented strategy and aims to ensure stable and effective management and further strengthen the brand’s market position.
Paweł Szataniak, President of the Management Board, and Bartosz Bielak, Vice President of the Management Board, CFO, were joined by three Management Board members — Michał Jankowiak, COO; Cezary Mączka, CHRO; and Radosław Miszkiel, CSO.
