Global climate-controlled transport conglomerate, Trane Technologies, has expanded its EMEA operations with the acquisition of UK-based Marshall Thermo King.
Trane Technologies and its Thermo King brand, a leader in sustainable transport temperature control solutions, acquired the UK company, which trades as Marshall Fleet Solutions, one of the UK’s longest established, and largest, Thermo King and Frigoblock dealers.
Marshall Fleet Solutions has represented Thermo King in the UK market for more than 50 years as part of the privately-owned Marshall Group.
The business currently offers a full suite of refrigeration services including installation, maintenance and repairs, in addition to tail lift services and comprehensive fleet management.
With the transition, Marshall Fleet Solutions joins Trane Technologies’ Thermo King business interests in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), where it will continue to serve the UK market, under the Trane brand.

The acquisition includes all Marshall Fleet Solutions employees and its existing operations and depots across the UK.
