Polish trailer builders, Wielton SA and Libner Polska, have joined forces to redefine transport with an innovative new semi-trailer combination.
The companies have created a transport solution that combines the functionalities of several vehicles in one semi-trailer.
The combination of Libner Polska’s OpenBox C+ body and Wielton’s platform semi-trailer has resulted in a universal transport tool that can adapt to diverse requirements and enables the handling and transportation of a wide range of goods.
“The OpenBox C+ on a Wielton platform trailer delivers unmatched flexibility and efficiency in one system,” Libnor Polska said.
The parties initially discussed the new system while showcasing transport processes in Krzyżanowscy Transport during an episode of the Wielton-produced ‘Anatomy of Wielton’.
It will next be displayed live during the 12th international TransLogistica Poland transport & logistics exhibition, to be held in Warsaw from 4-6 November.
TransLogistica Poland is the largest transport, freight forwarding and logistics event in Poland, featuring 430 exhibitors and 12,000 expected visitors.
Exhibitors will present their products in the following categories: intermodal transport; transport, freight forwarding, logistics; ports and terminals; cargo exchange platforms; fuel cards; IT & telematics; toll collection systems; customs, tax advisory, insurance and financial services.
The conference program will cover issues relating to transport to the CIS, Middle East and Asia regions, the New Silk Road concept and the safety and transportation of hazardous materials.
