Transport and logistics company, Toll Group, has announced the appointment of Robert Reiter as Group Managing Director, effective 1 July 2026.
Reiter will assume the role in addition to his current position as President of Global Forwarding, providing continuity across the organisation’s international logistics and supply chain operations.
As Group Managing Director, Reiter will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business and driving performance across Toll’s operations. He will work with the Board and Executive Leadership Team to strengthen competitiveness, improve performance and support long-term growth.
Since joining Toll Global Forwarding in August 2025, Reiter has led a range of initiatives focused on customer engagement, operational improvement and business transformation. He brings extensive experience in global freight forwarding and contract logistics, having held senior leadership positions with Kuehne + Nagel, Panalpina, DB Schenker and DHL.
Toll Group Executive Chairman, Thomas Knudsen, said Reiter’s appointment reflects confidence in his ability to lead the company through its next phase of growth.
“Robert is a proven leader with deep knowledge of our business, customers and operations,” said Knudsen.
“His appointment as Group Managing Director reflects our strong confidence in his leadership and his ability to drive the Group’s continued growth, performance and transformation.”
Reiter said he was looking forward to building on the company’s momentum.

A transition plan has been established to ensure continuity for customers, employees and business partners as Reiter takes on the role.
