TIP Group has officially farewelled its outgoing President and CEO, Bob Fast, drawing a close to his 22-year distinguished career leading TIP.
Fast hands the CEO reigns over to Arjen Kraaij.
The TIP Group thanked Fast for his “incredible legacy” and welcomed Kraaij as “we embark on an exciting new chapter”.
On its LinkedIn site, TIP said: “Bob’s leadership transformed TIP, taking the company far beyond its roots and shaping who we are today.
“We’ve expanded across Europe and now operate in 130+ locations, serving customers with not only trailers but also trucks, tankers, low-emission vehicles, and specialised equipment.
“What started as a trailer rental business has evolved into a full-service equipment partner, offering smarter, sustainable solutions, digital tools, and services that fit the way our customers work today.
“Bob has led with vision and heart, creating not just a thriving business but a truly great place to work. His leadership fostered strong collaboration with our suppliers, partners, and customers, building relationships that drive innovation and growth, side by side.
