TII Group subsidiary, TII SCHEUERLE, will be presenting optimised low-bed semi-trailers from the EuroCompact U9 series along with K25 heavy-duty modules at the Bauma trade fair in Munich this April.
The two and three-axle SCHEUERLE EuroCompact U9 low-bed semi-trailers, specially optimised for weight and length, are reported to be ideal for transporting construction machinery, steel and concrete components or containers in the
payload class up to 48 tonnes.
The new gooseneck for these trailers are expected to allow even more flexible adaptation to the respective tractor unit.
TII Group said it is also easier to couple and uncouple on uneven surfaces thanks to two independently-controlled gooseneck supporting cylinders.
In addition to the single telescopic deck versions, TII SCHEUERLE also offers a double-extendable variant which sets further standards in the segment with a construction height of just 260 millimetres and a maximum loading length
of 17,000mm.
An additional separation point in front of the chassis allows precise load-oriented pre-tensioning. This means that the vehicle is always travelling at the lowest driving height and is, at the same time, equipped for extending the loading length to 30 metres.
Also, there is also a new excavator deck that can be converted into a loading area for agricultural vehicles.
Meanwhile, the K25 heavy-duty modules, which TII SCHEUERLE produces at two locations, are reported to be the ideal and economically efficient choice for a wide range of demanding applications. This includes the transport of oversized and heavy construction vehicles, related components, prefabricated components and high-performance transformers.
TII SCHEUERLE will be exhibiting more of its modular designs, telematics offering and other services at Bauma 2025.
In other news, transport and logistics company, Transmec Group, has acquired a well-established intermodal operator between Europe and North Africa.
