Serveto, a global logistics operator based in Lleida, in the west of Spain’s Catalonia region, has added 70 Lecitrailer P400 Multi X3 curtainsider semi-trailers to its fleet.
The augmentation to the transport company with seven decades’ experience reinforces its commitment to intermodal and sustainable transport.
The acquisitions also consolidate its position as a leader in efficient and environmentally friendly logistics solutions.
The new Huckepack semi-trailers are designed to operate on routes that combine different transport modes – road, rail and sea.
In addition, they comply with the P400 standard, which allows transport in wagons with a maximum height of four metres.
Equipped with chassis reinforcements and adapted suspension, the curtainsiders guarantee safe handling during loading and unloading operations at intermodal terminals.
The 70 semi-trailers also feature lashing systems and reinforced skid ship bumpers for loading onto ferries, giving them complete versatility in multimodal operations.
With this acquisition, Serveto, with a turnover of €74 million, has reinforced its strategy of offering high-quality logistics services aligned with market demands, coupled with a dedicated commitment to sustainability, innovation, and the reduction of CO₂ emissions.
