The European Foundation for Key Account Management (EFKAM) has awarded Schmitz Cargobull the second successive KAM Professional certificate.
The certificate was presented to the company’s International Key Account Management unit led by Josef Warmeling, who pointed out the key to success was continuously examining how customer requests can be transformed into customised products and services.
“Services such as financing, telematics, full service [offerings] and optimised spare parts supply are increasingly becoming integral components, in addition to the high standards of quality demanded from our … products”, he said.
According to EFKAM Chairman Hartmut Biesel, the certification „reconfirms the company's pioneering role as a high-performance, customer and service oriented company within its industry”.
