Brazilian mobility solutions multinational, Frasle Mobility, celebrated its pioneering brand’s 70th anniversary with a record of $3.97 billion BRL (approx. €644.8 million) consolidated net revenue for 2024.
The figures, released on 18 March 2025, are 17 per cent higher than that recorded in the previous year. The company’s adjusted EBITDA reached $729 million BRL (approx. €118.4 million) in the year, an increase of 9.7 per cent, while the adjusted EBITDA margin was 18.4 per cent.
Frasle Mobility’s revenue from its international markets, including exports from Brazil and its internationally based operations, totalled $1.5 billion BRL (approx. €243.7 million), an increase of almost 27 per cent compared to 2023.
“Achieving another record result in the year in which we celebrate the 70th anniversary of the company`s pioneering brand is very symbolic,” said Frasle Mobility President and CEO, Sérgio L. Carvalho.
“Today, the company shares the synergies and dynamism of a global company with 20 other brands.
“In these seven decades of constant growth, the company has grown in maturity and experience combined with the young spirit of those who are always in motion to defend this legacy and project an even more promising future.”
Hemerson de Souza, Executive Director of Business, M&A and Investor Relations at Frasle Mobility said: “These figures show the company’s sustained growth supported by its business strategy, directly connected to the auto parts replacement market. In addition to demonstrating the assertiveness of its actions, it reinforces the consistency of its business in the different component segments of a complete portfolio and in mature countries and economies.”
The upswing in consolidated net revenue was highlighted by the company’s growth in Q4, compared to the same period in 2023, which was marked by a strong devaluation of the Argentine peso. The value reached in the fourth quarter of 2024 was over $1.1 billion BRL (approx. €178.8 million), an increase of almost 50 per cent year-on-year. The adjusted EBITDA experienced an increase of 121.6 per cent compared to the previous year, while the EBITDA Margin recorded was 19.6 per cent, an increase of 6.4 percentage points.
The record figures underscore Frasle Mobility’s ability to maintain a balanced growth performance across all its operations, both locally and in its global operations, despite challenging macroeconomic conditions.
The company also saw growth in a range of its business segments, including friction, hydraulic components and shock absorbers.
The 2024 figures did not take into account Frasle Mobility’s acquisition of Dacomsa, in Mexico, announced in June 2024 and finalised in January of this year. The strategic purchase positions Frasle Mobility as a leader in Latin America in the automotive aftermarket segment, with interests in markets of Brazil, Mexico and Argentina.
Frasle Mobility has business units in Brazil, US, China, India, UK, the Netherlands, Germany, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia and Mexico, serving customers in more than 125 countries on five continents. It currently operates 12 industrial plants, nine warehouses, seven commercial offices and two technology and development centres.
