Brazil-based OEM, Randon, reported net revenue of 3.4 billion BRL (approx. €552 million) for Q3 2025 which was driven by rapid growth in its international aftermarket business and a rebound in sales across multiple regions.
This result was a 9.9 per cent year-on-year increase.
Despite a challenging global landscape, including subdued demand for trailers and parts, Randon not only grew revenue, but also saw a notable recovery in profitability.
Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter reached 479.8 million BRL (approx. €78 million), giving the company an adjusted EBITDA margin of 13.9 per cent. This marked improvement, compared to earlier quarters, reflecting the success of cost control measures and structural adjustments enacted earlier in the year.
“We have consistently worked on initiatives to address the slowdown in certain segments and reduce our leverage,” said Randon CFO, Paulo Prignolato. “We adjusted structures, carried out strategic fundraising in the capital markets and implemented measures to optimise our working capital. All decisions were made to preserve the company’s financial strength.”
On the international front, Randon delivered a stellar performance.
Revenues outside Brazil, including exports and overseas operations, surged by 91.2 per cent versus Q3 2024, totalling 199 million USD (approx. €171 million). The strong growth was underpinned by recent acquisitions, such as Dacomsa in Mexico, EBS in the UK and AXN in the US. By the end of the quarter, international revenue accounted for 31.5 per cent of the company’s total net revenue.
Randon’s robust strategy and diversified portfolio have also earned it external recognition. Credit rating agency Standard & Poor’s reaffirmed the company’s national-scale rating at brAAA, the highest possible, citing solid governance and proactive capital structure management.
“In a challenging environment, our strength lies in the ability to innovate and stay on course,” said Randon President and CEO, Daniel Randon.
“We have prioritised deleveraging, the integration of our synergies and operational efficiency, while preserving strategies that support sustainable growth.”
Earlier this month, Randon participated in COP30 Amazonia.
