Oxalis Logistics UK has acquired a 70 per cent stake in a chemical bulk liquid road transport specialist.
The Teesside-based operator, headquartered in Middlesbrough – Dennis Dixon – brings established expertise in chemical logistics, marking Oxalis’ first entry into the sector and aligning with its broader UK growth strategy.
Oxalis Logistics UK said the investment underscores its commitment to expanding in core markets and diversifying its service portfolio.
All Dennis Dixon employees and customers will transition into the Oxalis network as part of the move.
