Netherlands-based trailer OEM, Nooteboom Trailers, will unveil the latest addition to its fleet of products at SOLUTRANS 2025 – the 2-axle EURO-PX3.
Nooteboom Trailers, renowned as a pioneer in developing high-quality, innovative transport solutions, will showcase for the first time at the Lyon trade fair its 2-axle EURO-PX3 low loader, model EURO-47-02(P3).
This follows Nooteboom introducing, in April this year, its new EURO-PX3, the 3rd generation EURO-PX low loaders with pendle axles.
The 2-axle EURO-PX3 low loader is equipped with 245/70 R-17.5 tyres, giving the trailer a load capacity of 12 tonnes per axle line and when retracted, the vehicle is within legal dimensions, meaning no special permit is required to operate it.

Nooteboom says the trailer measures no longer than 12 metres from kingpin to bumper and is no wider than 2.55 metres.
The trailer’s total load capacity is 33 tonnes at 80 km/h and when it is fully extended, the 2-axle EURO-PX3 is capable of carrying a 40-foot container on the low bed, the OEM said.
The trailer is fitted with Nooteboom’s new intelligent lights featuring the Nooteboom logo. The first 2-axle EURO-PX3 will be delivered to Dutch transport company, Moovl Transport B.V., after SOLUTRANS.
Nooteboom said its latest EURO-PX3 trailers are designed to “push the limits of performance, efficiency, and sustainability, offering transport companies a cutting-edge solution for heavy cargo”.
It said key enhancements to the EURO-PX3 include:
- Increased payload carrying capability.
- Wider excavator trough for oversized loads.
- More loading space to optimise transport operations.
- Big steering angle for greater manoeuvrability and control.
- Optimised steering system for minimum tyre wear and best permits.
- Light and solid chassis for a wide range of loads.
- New design for improved performance.
- Lower maintenance costs.
These improvements make the new EURO-PX3 again one of the most advanced low loaders in the industry, designed to handle the toughest transport challenges with precision and reliability.

Since 1953, Nooteboom has been a leader in designing and manufacturing low loader transport solutions.
In 2005, it launched the game-changing EURO-PX low loader on the market with Nooteboom’s patented Pendel-X technology combined with excavator trough.
In 2025, Nooteboom redesigned its EURO-PX programme with its innovative hydraulically steered swing axles.
It plans to release a wider range of combination options in the near future, including Jeepdolly and Interdolly configurations for extra load capacity.
Nooteboom Trailers will be at Hall 5, Stand C044 of SOLUTRANS.

Who else will be in Lyon at SOLUTRANS this year.
