Brazil-based OEM, Librelato, has released the Evolut 2026 – a structurally robust container carrier, bringing structural improvements and increased productivity in transportation.
Meeting the growing demands of container logistics, the model is designed to withstand severe operations without compromising fleet availability.
“Each structural reinforcement applied to the product aims to ensure greater resistance, reduce unexpected downtime, and ensure the transporter keeps its operation moving,” said Librelato Commercial and Marketing Director, João Librelato.
This advancement was implemented through a structured process where carriers, fleet managers and drivers contributed field information. The data obtained from this was used to help evolve processes in manufacturing through developments such as optimisation of structural geometry and robotic welding.
Evolut 2026 now has a reduction in tare weight meaning less effort from the prime mover unit is required and therefore less fuel consumption, lowering carbon emissions.
The rear signal life support has been configured on the carrier, front LEDs repositioned, side LEDs incorporated and an enlarged entry angle feature of the kingpin attachment – helping with coupling and reduced manoeuvre time.
According to João Librelato, the Evolut 2026 delivers more results per kilometre driven to the customer. “We worked on a project built side-by-side with carriers and logistics operators, understanding in practice the challenges of port and road operations.”
