France’s Lhyfe, a pioneer in the production of green and renewable hydrogen for industry, has announced the signing of a multi-year contract with an operator in the hydrogen heavy-mobility sector.
Under the agreement, the Nantes-based Lhyfe will supply its customer with RFNBO-certified renewable hydrogen (Renewable Fuel of Non-Biological Origin), the most demanding standard set by the European Union for renewable hydrogen.
Through this new multi-year contract, effective since 1 November 2025, Lhyfe, which supplies green hydrogen for the decarbonisation of mobility and industry, will deliver more than 200 tonnes of RFNBO hydrogen to its customer.
This volume will enable hydrogen trucks to travel over 2.5 million kilometres, while avoiding around 1,700 tonnes of CO₂ emissions, which is equivalent to the CO2 emissions of a diesel truck travelling the same distance.

Founded in 2017 by Matthieu Guesné, Lhyfe is a European group dedicated to the energy transition, producer and supplier of green and renewable hydrogen.
Lhyfe designs and operates production sites that deliver hydrogen in industrial quantities.
