German trailer giant Krone has won Germany's 'Best Brand 2013' award in the 'trailer' category. Bernard Krone, Managing Partner, accepted the prize on behalf of the long-standing family business.
“Our customers are our strongest critics – and that is good thing. Thanks to the close contact and on-going communication, we are motivated to get even better,” he said.
“This not only affects thevehicle technology, but also applies to the customer service and spare parts departments. Here too, a responsible trailer manufacturer has to go 'full steam ahead'. We are all the more delighted that our efforts have been honoured accordingly by many people in the industry.”
More than 10,000 people took part in the 'Best Brand' voting and also elected BPW as the best brand in the trailer axle category.
Dr Bert Brauers, Member of the Management Board/Sales at BPW, said: “The decision in favour of BPW shows us that in our role as an international mobility and system partner we are on the right course with our sustainable and efficient products. The Best Brands award is a quality seal, which encourages us in our commitment to investing in the further development of our running gear systems.”
