Kögel Trailer’s Italian subsidiary has celebrated its 10th anniversary, cementing its place as the mainstay of the Italian commercial vehicle industry.
Since its foundation in 2015, Kögel Italia has grown its customer base to include small, family-run transport companies to large, internationally active logistics service providers.
There are now more than 22,000 Kögel trailers on Italian roads and more than 18,000 vehicles have been registered since the subsidiary was founded.
Under the leadership of Managing Director Michele Mastagni, Kögel Italia has developed a broad product portfolio, strong dealer networks, solid partnerships with workshops, leasing companies and vehicle manufacturers, as well as customer-specific services resulting in close customer relations.
“This ten-year anniversary is much more than a milestone – it is proof of the strong performance of our team, the reliability of our products and the trusting relationships with our customers and partners,” said Kögel Trailer GmbH CEO, Christian Renners.

Kögel Italia’s future strategy includes pilot projects in intermodal and weight-optimised transport solutions, which address the increasing requirements related to sustainability and efficiency, as well as digital innovations, greater customer proximity and expansion of its partner network.
