Knorr-Bremse has completed the acquisition of Travis Road Services International B.V. (TRAVIS), advancing its Commercial Vehicle Systems (CVS) Service Platform.
The purchase of the Dutch online booking platform for road services for commercial vehicle operations, such as parking, cleaning, charging, and repairs, was announced in October 2025.
The purchase price amounts to a mid-double-digit million-euro sum.
With its booking platform for road services, TRAVIS fits perfectly into the forward-looking aftermarket ecosystem and forms a key component for additional combined service offerings designed to boost efficiency.

TRAVIS is a rapidly growing booking platform for road services in the commercial vehicle sector, that enables carriers to easily find, book, and pay for services such as parking, cleaning, charging, and repairs.
By booking services upfront carriers reduce downtime and make better use of drivers’ available driving hours, while consolidating all fleets truck service expenses into a single invoice. More than 3,500 service partners across 26 European countries are already connected to the platform.
