Leading semi-trailer manufacturer, Kässbohrer, will participate in SOLUTRANS 2025 from 18 to 22 November 2025 at Eurexpo Lyon, France.
Marking its 5th consecutive participation at the trade fair since 2015, Kässbohrer will showcase its innovative catalogue of vehicles and share the latest developments on sustainability.
For the team at Kässbohrer France SAS, it will be like a local event, as the France branch was founded in 2019 in Lyon, meeting the needs of all sectors of transport business and offering broad after-sales services.
Kässbohrer’s dedicated teams from France, Spain, and Italy will be hosting all stakeholders at Hall 4 Stand G122, presenting the company’s latest developments in transport sustainability, intermodal growth, and electrification, alongside a showcase of Kässbohrer’s most efficient, innovative, and high-quality vehicles.
As part of its SOLUTRANS program Kässbohrer will continue its K-Expert Talk Electrification sessions with expert stakeholders from OEMs, logistics companies as well as infrastructure service providers, in partnership with ZEFES.
The K-Expert Talk Electrification at SOLUTRANS will focus on pioneering developments in electrification, opportunities and challenges in getting the technology on road and intermodal faster as well as Kässbohrer’s continued contribution to the sustainable transformation of the trailer industry.
Kässbohrer will showcase its ability to meet the needs of all transport sectors —from general cargo to abnormal and heavy transport, from intermodal to bulk and liquid goods.
This is achieved through its R&D Centres with closed space of 22.000 m2 and Europe’s first trailer OEM-owned outdoor test track.
Having launched 21 new vehicles since its last participation at SOLUTRANS, Kässbohrer ensures its vehicles are high quality with at least one million kilometres of endurance testing and temperature resistance ranging from –70°C to +150°C.
Through continuous innovation and the expansion of its advanced testing and validation infrastructure, Kässbohrer sets new industry standards in safety, efficiency, and durability, reaffirming its leadership in engineering excellence.
At SOLUTRANS 2025, Kässbohrer will launch a new vehicle as well as exhibit pioneering examples from its comprehensive product range – the K.SSL, Europe’s lightest and most efficient non-tipping silo series; K.SLS HS, the new benchmark in safe and flexible machinery transport fixed low-bed; K.SHG AVH, the award-winning “Octagon-On” container chassis for efficient container transport, and K.SRI C, the new standard reefer series, efficiently meeting the exact needs of its customers.
It will also showcase its non-tipping silo trailer K.SSL 38, is Europe’s lightest silo, making a difference with its lightweight design, stability under various road conditions, fast and efficient unloading, and high safety functions.
The K.SSL 38 provides high manoeuvrability even under challenging operating conditions.

Kässbohrer’s non-extendable 3-axle low-bed semi-trailer K.SLS HS 3 is equipped with a hydraulic gooseneck ramp and a self-steering last axle, setting the new benchmark for safe and flexible transportation of telehandlers, scissor platforms, forklifts, backhoe loaders, and finishers.
Constructed with high-strength S700MC steel, the K.SLS HS 3 combines robust durability with lower tare weight, enabling reduced fuel consumption and emissions while delivering higher payload capacity.
Its hydraulic gooseneck ramp ensures fast and safe loading, while the self-steering axle provides exceptional manoeuvrability in narrow job sites and urban environments.
Kässbohrer’s front and rear extendable gooseneck container chassis K.SHG AVH, is engineered for multifunctional and safe operations, ensuring optimum load distribution for containers ranging from 20 ft to 45 ft.
Designed to deliver stable and precise transport performance, the K.SHG AVH enables reliable handling even when carrying 20 ft rear flush containers.
Equipped with Kässbohrer’s patented octagonal central frame design, winner of Trailer Innovation Award (Chassis category), the chassis eliminates torsional problems leading to vehicle damage and increases structural durability for longer vehicle life.
Manufactured with high-strength S700 MC steel, in compliance with ISO 1726-2 and ISO1726 standards, and treated with cataphoretic dip-coating (KTL), the K.SHG AVH provides maximum robustness and corrosion resistance.
For operational efficiency and safety, the K.SHG AVH is equipped with a user-friendly pneumatic locking system at the rear extension, ensuring easy handling and secure operation under all working conditions.

Kässbohrer’s new standard reefer K.SRI C, is built on a 1,000,000 km-tested gooseneck-integrated chassis with a strong one-piece king pin, ensuring long-life robustness under all road and loading conditions.
With an inner height of 2,650 mm, an inner width of 2,460 mm, and a tare weight of 7,200 kg, the K.SRI C is FRC, Pharma, HACCP, and Code XL certified, and compatible with telematics of choice.
Kässbohrer will also highlight its after-sales network as well as spare parts operations, boasting an after-sales network of 574 points, serving all product ranges, as well as spare parts operations conveniently carried out from Lyon as the main depot and supported by facilities in Ulm and Goch in Germany.
Kässbohrer presents 24-hour dispatch service and upgraded digital infrastructure to guarantee 90 per cent overall and 95 per cent fast-moving parts availability across Europe.
