JOST will present its latest smart assistance systems and safety technologies for commercial vehicles at the Road Transport Expo 2025 (RTX), taking place in Stoneleigh from 24-26 June.
With its range of products, JOST is seeking to support drivers and fleet operators with intelligent solutions that make everyday transport operations easier and more efficient.
These systems not only enhance driver comfort and road safety but also contribute to lower operating costs and improved fleet performance for logistics and haulage companies.
At the JOST World stand, visitors can experience the latest innovations in lifting, loading and tipping – developed to improve safety, efficiency and sustainability.
A special highlight at this year’s RTX will be JOST showcasing a selection of Hyva skip loaders and hook loaders in the UK, expanding its portfolio in the hydraulics sector.
“This year marks a milestone for JOST in the UK. With our expanded portfolio and cutting-edge assistance systems, we are proud to offer our customers even more value – whether it is safety on the road or efficiency at the job site,” said JOST GB UK & Ireland Fleet Sales Manager, Jannine Burt.
Hyva UK Country Sales Manager UK & IR, Dyllan Patrick Gomes, said: “We are excited to introduce Hyva’s trusted hydraulic solutions to the UK market under the JOST umbrella.
“Our skip loaders and hook loaders are engineered for performance and reliability – and we look forward to showing how they can make a real difference in daily operations.”
JOST World products on show during the three-day trade exhibition will include the JOST KKS, which enables drivers to couple and uncouple semi-trailers via remote control without leaving the driver’s cabin, automatically, safely and quickly.
Sensor technology guides the driver through the entire coupling process by providing live information on the KKS remote control throughout every step of the process.
Other innovations from the JOST stable include its electric landing gear Modul E-Drive, which obviates the need for manual cranking, making coupling and decoupling of trailers easier.
The Modul E-Drive is particularly useful when access to landing gear is restricted and when the trailer needs to be coupled or decoupled frequently.
JOST will also be presenting the King Pin Finder in Stoneleigh, a camera integrated in
the fifth wheel coupling, that supports the coupling process by sending optimum images to the dashboard in the driver’s cabin.
Securely integrated into the fifth wheel coupling, the King Pin Finder provides assistance during coupling, thereby enhancing both safety and convenience.
The system enables drivers to find the ideal coupling height and to manoeuvre the truck perfectly, even when approaching at an angle.
ROCKINGER will exhibit a further innovation at RTX in the form of the Drawbar Finder, where a camera sits in a central and protected position above the towing hitch, functioning as an extra set of eyes and preventing misalignment of the drawbar eye.
By providing both horizontal and vertical guidance, it enables precise coupling.
Another centrepiece of the JOST GB stand will be the Drum Modular Axle (DMA) series. Developed as a direct result of customer feedback, the drum modular axles ensure maximum flexibility for every transport application because they can be combined with suspension systems from the DLS range.
Also on show will be JOST’s TRIDEC EF-S advanced electro-hydraulic steering system, that has been developed specifically for trailers that require an extremely low trailer neck, such as milk and bulk trailers or those with monocoque constructions.
Hyva products will not miss out at RTX 2025, with its TX skip loader range showcasing how it delivers excellent flexibility for both compact urban operations and heavy-duty applications.
The TX12-37 is a lightweight, high-strength unit designed for precision and efficiency in the most demanding conditions.
Depending on the configuration, it is up to 500 kg lighter than the previous generation, offering improved payload capacity, lower fuel consumption, and reduced environmental impact.
At RTX 2025 one of the two TX12-37 models will be mounted on Scania’s latest all-electric BEV truck, on display at the Scania stand ZZ – highlighting Hyva’s role in enabling cleaner, more sustainable transport solutions for the future.
JOST World’s stand at RTX 2025 will be at stand B21.
