In a welcoming sign of its corporate growth, French logistics group, ID Logistics, has announced plans to recruit 900 new employees in France for 2025.
The company’s hiring strategy will support its plans to expand operations in France, including the opening of new sites in several strategic regions, particularly in France’s North and West. This will include the areas of Pays de la Loire, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Nord Region, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Ile de-France.
ID Logistics sees its recruitment plan as reaffirming its commitment to offering employees a fulfilling working environment, through a range of permanent positions in logistics and transport, administrative and support functions, supported by structured training courses and internal development prospects.
“At ID Logistics, we have always relied on human development as a lever for sustainable performance. Our employees are at the heart of our collective success,” said ID Logistics Group HR Director, Renaud Bouet.
In 2025, ID Logistics will also open around 100 work-study contracts in France, across all its business lines, namely operational and logistics professions, support and administrative functions, as well as IT, digitalisation and logistics engineering.
In addition to its domestic employee-focused programs, ID Logistics will continue to develop and expand its VIE (Volunteer for International Experience) program, enabling young employees to go on assignment in one of the 18 countries where the ID Logistics Group is established. The VIE program promotes international immersion and access to evolving careers in logistics.
With around 42,000 employees in more than 450 sites in 18 countries, the ID Logistics group maintains an ongoing level of staff training and advancement, which is encapsulated in a four-stage process involving employee monitoring, know-how levels and needs for progression, training and career support and advancement in the organisation.
As a result, the company has seen many employees gain access key positions within the group, in France and abroad.
Last month, ID Logistics posted strong revenues growth.
