Girteka Logistics, renowned as the largest asset-based logistics company in Europe, has appointed Mindaugas Pasilauskas as its new Commercial Director, effective from 2 January 2026.
Pasilauskas comes to the role with more than six years’ experience in the Girteka Group.
In 2019, he joined the group’s subsidiary Class Trucks, where he served as CEO for four years, reorganising sales, operations and administrative structures, and successfully expanding international operations in Lithuania, the Netherlands, Spain, and Poland.
Later, Pasilauskas became Girteka’s CEO, and most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer.
“Mindaugas’ strong experience in international markets and deep understanding of the company’s operations will help strengthen partnerships with customers and lead our commercial team,” Girteka Logistics CEO, Pavel Kveten.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience over his career, Pasilauskas specialises in strategy development, commercial and sales management, digital solutions implementation, customer portfolio management, and operations optimisation.
