Australian-based transport equipment expert Fuwa K-Hitch has announced the acquisition of Dutch axle brand, Valx.
As of November 1st, the company will be transformed into Valx International, with Valx's existing product range to be expanded and marketed globally.
A division of Dutch metal wholesaler MCB, Valx entered the European trailer axle market about four years ago and has since seen constant double digit growth.
According to Fuwa K-Hitch, the new partnership will further strengthen Valx’s market position and customer base across the globe, particularly in the European transport market.
“For the coming years, Fuwa K-Hitch is there to support Valx in its international growth ambitions,” the company said in an official statement.
