UK-based OEM, Don-Bur, has completed a batch of six full print livery box van trailers for tyre wholesaler, Bond International.
The custom trailers, featuring reinforced internal body walls to prevent bowing under heavy loads, are designed to carry tyres.
Other features include step-frame chassis, aerodynamic side skirts, a tandem axle setup on small 235/75 R17.5 tyres in twin formation, a low rear floor height of 900mm.
Don-Bur said a standout feature of this project is the vibrant livery, produced by the trailer builder’s in-house graphics division, Sapphire Graphics.
With the use of a new EFI UV printer, the livery, according to Don-Bur, offers superior colour fastness and durability, thanks to an automatic protective clearcoat film that ensures long-lasting quality.
“We are thrilled with the quality and attention to detail that Don-Bur has provided once again,” said Bond International Commercial Director, Simon Ewbank.
“The new livery not only enhances our brand’s visibility but also reflects the reliability and innovation we strive for in our operations.”
