Tank is to be fully baffled via the ball baffle system.
Tank to be solid pin mounted to sub frame, tank mountings to be engineer certified. As being a highly flexible product Polyethylene Tanks do not require spring or pivotal type mounting points or to be supported by a steel surround frame, this improves the durability and longevity of the tanker over any other tank design, also lowers long term maintenance and improves the payload and safety of the tanker.
Tank to be molded in impregnated WHITE colour.
Tank body to be fitted to customers chosen 6x4 truck chassis via flexible spring pack mounts.
3D CAD design and Trailer WIN used to ensure tank strength and axle weight distribution is perfectly balanced.
Full width checker plate platform fitted between tank and cabin.
Full width checker plate platform fitted at the rear of body for pumping and spray equipment mounting heavy duty pressed taillight bar integrated into platform.
Water level sight gauge fitted into tank at the front (visible from drivers side mirror) and at the rear. Dual, bright floats fitted into both sight gauges.
Maximum legal water level decal fitted to both sight gauges.
Pressed aluminium suction hose storage trays to run full length of tank both sides of tank. Trays suitable to house 4x 4mtr suction hoses.
Heavy duty sprung rubber mud guards fitted over drive wheels. Heavy duty white rubber mud flaps (shortest legal length) to be fitted to mud guards via Stainless Steel bolts/nuts.

Pump engaging illuminated switch with large warning light fitted into the in-cab control panel in easy access of seated operator.
Pump engaging switch fitted at rear LHS of body near suction inlet and in easy access of operator standing on ground. (to assist operator with suction filling and hose reel operations etc.)
Hydraulic system to be mounted in a protected and accessible position.
Hydraulic system meets the AS2671-2002 and is tested, rated and suitable for water pump.
Hydraulic pumping system in operation is below the permissible noise level of 85db.

Flexible hosing fitted between tank and pump to permit ease of removal of the pump if required and to isolate pump vibration.
Water pump mounted at rear of the body just below base of the tank for ease of priming and serviceability
