DB Schenker is further expanding its role as a logistics service provider for the semiconductor industry.
The company plans to open a new contract logistics warehouse near Amsterdam, Netherlands. The site will cover a total of 18,000 square metres and will be a key step in strengthening the semiconductor industry in Europe.

This new DB Schenker facility underscores our commitment to growth and our dedication to optimising our customers’ operations, further strengthening the semiconductor logistics supply chain in Europe and globally.”
The warehouse has already entered its construction phase and a dedicated team is working with business partners to prepare the facility to open in Fall 2025.
The company will operate 12,000 square metres of the 18,000 square metre warehouse space. The company will offer services such as receiving, cross-docking, vendor managed inventory, return merchandise authorisation and shipping. The warehouse will also be equipped with unit load devices for air freight shipments.
DB Schenker is a longstanding partner of the semiconductor industry and provides logistics solutions located close to production sites, operating 18 logistics sites in Europe.
