In the lead-up to the Bauma trade show in Munich, Germany, Dutch trailer manufacturer D-Tec has unveiled two all-new models to complement the brand's growing portfolio – the 'Portmaster' skel and a steered tank trailer for the German market.
According to D-Tec, the Portmaster was designed with simplicity in mind. With a rear extension chassis weighing in at 4.5 tonnes, the Portmaster it is supposed to help D-Tec's European clientele save fuel and reduce maintenance cost.
In addition, D-Tec has added a new steered tank trailer model to the range, specially built to suit the German market. “This tank trailer has been constructed using a modular design based on screwed on options. We also apply this to our non-steered tanks for manure and bio gas transport,” said CEO, Gerrit van Vlastuin. “The first tank trailer prototype will be delivered in the near future.”
