CEVA Logistics closed its $383 million (USD) acquisition of Borusan Tedarik Zinciri Çözümleri ve Teknoloji Şirketi – the logistics operations arm of Borusan Lojistik – on 5 November 2025.
This deal marks a significant step in CEVA Logistics’ regional growth strategy, adding major scale and capabilities across contract logistics, ground transport and finished vehicle logistics.
Borusan Holding sold its 69.47 per cent stake in the company, while publicly traded Borusan Yatırım divested its 30.53 per cent shareholding.
The original agreement was announced in April 2025.
The transaction includes Borusan Lojistik’s logistics operations and its subsidiaries eTA and Bukoli, while Borusan Port remains under Borusan Holding.
With integration and rebranding now underway, CEVA Logistics will manage approximately 1.19 million square metres of warehouse space across Turkey.
Its ground transport network will handle close to one million full truckload movements annually, while expanded less-than-truckload operations strengthen domestic and European connections.
“The Turkish economy and its domestic logistics market are dynamic,” said CEVA Logistics CEO, Mathieu Friedberg.
“This growth, combined with Turkey’s strategic location along the India–Middle East–Europe Corridor, opens a wide array of opportunities for our new size and breadth of logistics solutions. With our combined business, Turkey now represents CEVA’s third-largest country by gross revenue.”
