Carrier Transicold has launched a new mobile application version of its Lynx Fleet digital solution, providing users with real-time visibility of all compatible Carrier Transicold systems.
Free to all Lynx Fleet users across Europe, including fleet managers, operators and drivers, the smartphone app is designed to enhance customer operational efficiency, reduce costs and maintain cold chain integrity.
Featuring an intuitive and simple interface, the mobile app delivers instant access to key insights, enabling proactive decision-making from anywhere, including responding to potential risks before they escalate
Integrated with the existing Lynx Fleet platform, the app’s features include data on compartment temperatures, location data, unit conditions and status updates.
“The powerful Lynx Fleet Mobile app is the latest offering from Carrier Transicold for real-time cold chain visibility,” said Carrier Transicold Truck Trailer International Service Director, Jérôme Struk.
“For the first time, drivers can access live data just as easily as their fleet managers, allowing them to proactively monitor temperature conditions, respond to alerts and keep their cargo protected.
“By putting critical insights directly in the hands of those on the front line, we are reducing delays, preventing loss and making cold chain logistics more efficient than ever.”
Users can leverage Lynx Fleet’s suite of detailed information to maintain compliance with stringent cold chain regulations and ensure that perishable goods or pharmaceuticals remain within optimal conditions throughout transit, reducing the risk of cargo spoilage and unplanned downtime.
The app, compatible for both Android and iOS devices, also features Fleet Overview functionality, allowing users to quickly identify units that require immediate attention and maintenance, assisting managers with their daily operations.
As there is no limit on the number of users per account, customers can ensure that entire teams – from fleet managers to drivers – are kept informed and connected, maximizing efficiency and improving fleet performance.
