The BPW Group has expanded its spare parts business in central Europe with the recent 100 per cent purchase of E.M.T. spol. s r.o.
E.M.T., headquartered in Říčany, the Czech Republic, is a leading distributor of commercial vehicle spare parts in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and now becomes a subsidiary of BPW spol. s r.o.
It is renowned as an expert in spare parts and accessories for trucks, trailers, semi-trailers, buses, and light commercial vehicles, with six branches in the Czech Republic and two branches in Slovakia.
Its product range includes all components from leading manufacturers necessary for the successful maintenance and repair of the vehicles.
As a result of its acquisition, the BPW Group expands its spare parts network, which now totals 13 branches in those two countries, and underscores its international mobility partnerships and ongoing support for transport companies.

With more than 120 branches operating in 18 countries, the network ensures the reliable and fast supply of spare parts for trucks and trailers throughout Europe.
The spare parts network enables the BPW Group to operate as an international mobility partner, supporting vehicle operators and commercial vehicle workshops for repair and maintenance works.
