Northern Ireland high-spec trailer manufacturer, BMI Trailers has strengthened its UK customer relations, with the delivery of several walking floor trailers to waste management company Biffa.
Based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, but founded in London in 1912, Biffa has grown to become a leading UK integrated waste management business.
It provides collection, treatment, recycling and technologically driven energy generation services.
BMI Trailers was only formed in 1999, but has already established itself as a leading manufacturer and supplier of waste ejector trailers in the UK and Ireland.
In that time BMI Trailers has designed, manufactured, and commissioned high-spec trailers, particularly walking floor & ejector trailers, commonly used in the waste industry.
With its innovations, BMI Trailers is renowned for developing new market concepts on its waste spec trailers, including ejector and moving floor trailers that incorporate its Walking Floor and Cargo systems.
With such an industry reputation, the trailer buider was an obvious choice for its long-standing customer, Biffa, which was in need of additional vehicles.
The walking floor trailers, which were engineered to efficiently handle large waste volumes, will support Biffa’s widespread waste management and recycling operations throughout the UK.
Not only has it become a leading supplier of Walking Floor trailers within the UK, but BMI Trailers has now expanded into the manufacture and sale of tipping trailers.
