Thermo King has named Ballinlough of Ireland its 2025 EMEA Dealer of the Year for service performance and customer commitment across the refrigerated transport sector.
Announced in Brussels on 12 February 2026, the annual Thermo King Dealer of the Year Awards celebrate dealerships across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) that demonstrate strong leadership, operational excellence and customer focus.
Ballinlough was acknowledged for its service culture, proactive customer support and ability to build strong market partnerships.
Thermo King said the Irish dealer’s focus on maximising uptime and continuously improving service quality had set a benchmark across its network.
“Across our global network, every dealer contributes to keeping our customers’ operations running reliably,” said Donal Cox, Vice President Sales, Truck, Trailer and Passenger Transport at Thermo King in EMEA.

Thermo King, a brand of Trane Technologies and a supplier of transport temperature control solutions for trailers, trucks and buses, also recognised category winners across its EMEA dealer network.

- Large Truck Dealer of the Year 2025: Refrigerated Transport Systems Ltd, UAE.
- Digital Dealer of the Year 2025: Costa Eugenio, Italy.

Thermo King supports temperature-controlled transport operators through a network of more than 500 service locations across 75 countries in EMEA, including a growing number of high-voltage certified dealers to service electrified refrigeration units.
