It’s a concept whereby the products form the basis of the presentation, but it still all about the experience. For Krone Trailers that means very few vehicles in hall 27, stand C40 but an encounter that will stay in visitors’ minds.
Managing Director for Sales and Marketing, Dr Frank Albers, explains that the stall will be located directly in front of Hall 27 and include the automated container chassis, on which automatic coupling and uncoupling will be presented live.
“We are focusing on progress and are continuously working on future-oriented solutions, both in the tangible product area and in our service portfolio,” he said. “No focal point will be neglected at our trade fair stand.’
With the four dimensions, Krone is addressing the four core areas – sustainability, automation, electrification and digitalisation. The fifth focus that the trade fair stand will reflect is service, which plays an overarching role in the company’s concept.
“A very important focus is Krone Service,” said Managing Director Service, Ralf Faust. “The service area, which includes both spare parts and our breakdown service, will be found throughout our booth. For example, our spare parts will be included in the exhibition stand design. This shows the visitor that we, as a partner, are always on hand with suitable solutions. If you like, we accompany the Krone trailer everywhere.”
In the area of sustainability, Krone will not only be showing which vehicles contribute to environmental protection, but also what the entire company contributes to sustainability. Meanwhile, the focus on automation will give visitors an insight into the production strategy.
‘We at Krone are known to pursue a holistic concept, not only with regard to the trailer, but also with regard to our actions,” said Head of Marketing, Simon Richenhagen. “This also includes the resources used and the production process. Interested parties will therefore have the opportunity to experience our values, our actions and our products in different ways at this year’s IAA Transportation.”
The digital enhancements in solutions, such as the Krone Smart Assistant or load compartment recognition, will also be presented this year and the new function of the Smart Assistant, the electronic consignment note, will be an important component.
The Krone team said if they could describe their stand this year it is “all encompassing.”
“We are constantly developing ourselves and our services and our dimensions are also constantly changing,” said Albers. “That’s why our motto this year is ‘Dimensions in Motion’ and visitors can therefore look forward to a Krone stand that will once again be somewhat different from previous years, but above all one thing – motion.”
Krone Trailers invites attendees to experience its stall for themselves, located at hall 27, stand C40.
