The new training year has begun at BPW with 37 young trainees joining mentors for the company’s traditional Welcome Days.
A total of 28 male and nine female trainees are starting in 14 different training occupations. For the first time in a number of years, a materials tester will be trained, underling the diversity and quality of the company’s training opportunities.
“We are proud to welcome so many motivated young people to BPW and look forward to supporting them on their professional and personal journey,” Head of Training at BPW, Stefan Wolfslast. “Our trainee Welcome Days are the perfect start to a successful training period.”
The FAZ Institute recently recognised the trailer equipment specialist as Germany’s Training Champion 2024 in the automotive supplier category, while the ServiceValue analysis institute, in cooperation with WELT, just awarded BPW the “High Attractiveness” rating in the “Industry” sector. Focus Money awarded BPW first place as Germany’s best training company 2024, earlier this year.
