New training program in works for North American industry members

The North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) has forged a partnership that will provide members with new service, parts sales and management training, and consultation programs.

Joining forces with DealerPRO Training, an award-winning fixed operations training company, will give NATDA members the opportunity to achieve higher levels of performance from their service and parts teams through the training programs offered both in-person and online.

“In today’s economy, dealers are looking for ways to maximise their profitability,” said NATDA Executive Director, Andria Gibbon.

“We are pleased to add DealerPRO Training as a partner that can help our members turn their parts and service departments into high-functioning profit centres.”

NATDA serves the light and medium-duty trailer industry by connecting dealers, manufacturers and suppliers through various educational planforms.
