US-based dry van trailer manufacturer turned transport and logistics solutions provider, Wabash, has announced the appointment of Sudhanshu Priyadarshi to its Board of Directors.
Priyadarshi will serve on Wabash’s Board’s Audit and Compensation Committees, with the appointment bringing Wabash’s Board of Directors to nine members.
Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Keurig Dr Pepper, Priyadarshi is a global finance and operations leader with extensive experience in the technology, logistics, e-commerce, retail, consumer packaged goods and pharmaceutical industries in the US, Asia and Australia.
Wabash Chairman of the Board, Larry Magee, said Priyadarshi would be a good fit for the company.
“We look forward to Sudhanshu’s contributions, as he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in global e-commerce and tech,” he said.

Prior to joining Keurig Dr Pepper, Priyadarshi was a Senior Vice President and CFO at Vista Outdoor.
His career and leadership experience includes serving as CFO of Flexport, Vice President of Finance for Walmart US eCommerce, Vice President, Finance and Strategy at Walmart US, Global Chief Operation officer at Cipla, and CFO of Global R&D and Global Nutrition Platforms at PepsiCo.
Priyadarshi said he is excited to be apart of Wabash’s innovation journey in his new Board position.

“I can already see that Wabash is building on an established legacy of innovation to change the future of how goods are transported and distributed.”
