CEVA Logistics expands in Bahrain

Transport and logistics company, CEVA Logistics, is connecting commerce in Bahrain and across the Middle East through its new direct presence in Manama.

The new office will offer a full range of air, ocean, ground and contract logistics services.

According to the International Monetary Fund, Bahrain’s economy is set to expand 3.3 per cent in 2022 and 2.9 per cent in 2023. In addition, annual GDP growth, along with oil and gas market dynamics, are likely to support further economic growth.

The new office will accelerate growth in key industries and Middle East markets, where the company’s revenues grew 30 per cent in 2021. In addition, the direct presence with support the company’s offering of end-to-end deliveries and last-mile services. CEVA’s direct Middle East presence now includes Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Oman.

In other news, CEVA Logistics has announced the acquisition of African logistics provider, Spedag Interfreight, as the company further advances its global growth strategy.
