ID Logistics shows continued growth

France-based contract logistics provider, ID Logistics, has released its Q2 2022 results.

ID Logistics reported €641.6 million in sales in the last quarter, which is up by 15.5 per cent year-over-year (YOY).

Revenue for the company for the reported period was €1.1 billion, 15.3 per cent higher than last year’s Q2 results.

In France, the company reported an 11.6 per cent increase in sales to €218.7 million and a growth of 4.5 per cent compared to the second quarter of 2021 – not taking into account the consolidation of Colisweb earlier this year.

ID Logistics Chairman and CEO, Eric Hémar, said the company’s second quarter performance confirms the good momentum initiated at the beginning of the year.

“We have focused on integrating our latest acquisitions while maintaining our organic growth,” he said.

“Our objective now is to take advantage of synergies with new growth-generating clients.

“The performance of our business on the other side of the Atlantic today confirms the relevance of our strategy.”

In other countries, ID Logistics saw strong revenue growth continue by reaching €422.9 million, an increase of 23.6 per cent YOY.

“Following on from this good start to the year, ID Logistics intends to maintain its pace of commercial development and remains focused on increasing the productivity of recent projects and managing the start-ups of 2022,” ID Logistics said in a statement.

“The group is also careful about the evolution of the macro-economic situation and pays attention to the need to support its customers.”

In other news, ID Logistics has announced that it is setting up operations in Italy, opening a logistics platform in Case Gerola – between Milan and Genoa.
