Germany-based logistics group, GDP Network Solutions, is launching a new single-parcel shipping service in July.
This new service will support the pharma and healthcare industries through the timely delivery of temperature-controlled medical and high-value products.
“Starting in July, our customers will have the opportunity to handle not only the dispatch of pallets, but also individual parcels via our network,” said GDP Network Solutions Managing Director, Jürgen Oetzel.
“We offer a next-day service. On request, the customer can also choose Express Next-Day: This means that delivery takes place by 12 noon the following day if delivery is made. By arrangement, we also take over the delivery on Saturday and, if desired, also with express service until 12 o’clock.”
Shipping in passive customer-specific transport boxes for goods subject to cold chains from plus-2°C to plus-8°C is also possible.
In March 2020, 10 logistics companies founded GDP Network Solutions which specialises in the pharma and healthcare sector and meets the requirements of the GDP guidelines at every stage of the supply chain.
