CEVA Logistics, the subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, has boosted its last mile delivery service capabilities in France following the completion of an acquisition.
CMA CGM has finalised its acquisition of Colis Privé, a France-based specialist in small parcel logistics.
“This historic step in our development was driven by our ambition to build the future of e-commerce delivery and optimise last-mile operations,” Colis Privé said in a statement.
“Thanks to this operation, CEVA Logistics, a subsidiary of the CMA CGM group, and Colis Privé will share their know-how to develop ‘end to end’ solutions combining contractual logistics, international transport and last mile.
