Gray & Adams reflects on Euro Foods partnership

UK-based OEM, Gray & Adams, shares an ethos for creating high quality and bespoke customer experiences with an international manufacturer and distributor of frozen and fresh foods.

Gray & Adams has worked with Euro Foods Group for the last six years.

Euro Foods offers a bespoke delivery service to further enhance its customer service experience. With this shared approach to tailored and customer-focused products and services, the relationship has gone from strength to strength according to Gray & Adams.

Euro Foods purchased its first Gray & Adams rigid-bodied vehicle in 2017.

In 2019, Euro Foods expanded its fleet with three multi-temperature 12-tonne rigids.

“The Gray & Adams team are so attentive to every vehicle they build, thinking about every detail and every element that will create a better, even more high-quality product or experience,” Transport Manager at Euro Foods, Neill Cannell, told Gray & Adams. “With the purchase of our first ever rigid vehicles, we could really sense that everyone behind the scenes wanted to do a great job and they really got it right for us.”

As a small operator with a focus on longevity and getting the most out of every vehicle, Cannell and his team are always looking for ways to future-proof their fleet as legislation and innovation changes the industry. “Even though our orders are fairly small, Gray & Adams has never made me feel like a small customer – they look after our interests as if I was a major supermarket with a big order,” said Cannell.

“As an insight into the level of aftercare we receive from Gray & Adams – the vehicles were absolutely perfect, though we did have one very minor issue to report back on. When our account manager, Chris, heard about a missing door handle spring, he sent three to us overnight so that they were on my desk in the morning. The customer service and commitment to putting things right, as well as the quality of the product, is what sets them apart from the rest.
