Braking system specialist, Knorr-Bremse Australia, has obtained type-approval for an Onboard Mass (OBM) system according to Transport Certification Australia (TCA).
The Category A type-approved OBM system from Knorr-Bremse Australia, which is used by industry to measure the mass of axle groups and to calculate a vehicle’s Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM), is expected to be available late 2021.
