ABC Logistic expands fleet with 20 Lecitrailer trailers

Freight forwarder, ABC Logistic, which specialises in transporting goods in Ireland, has added 20 Lecitrailer XL Multipoint lifting tarpaulin trailers to its fleet.

ABC Logistic sends weekly between 20 and 30 refrigerated semi-trailers, ADRs and tarpaulins to Ireland , serving a wide range of clients, including exporters of horticultural products, manufacturers of structures, or leading global brands in the retail and food sector as well as fashion.

To carry out these transport services, ABC Logistic uses the direct connections between Spanish ports and Ireland, up to four a week , and sometimes also ships from Cherbourg (France), where there are a dozen connections a week.

Due to the constant growth of activity it has had over the last two years, it has entrusted Lecitrailer to place an order for 20 XL multi-point lifting tarpaulins semi-trailers equipped with anti-theft tarpaulins, and GPS, providing significant flexibility to move any type of load.

The trailer acquisition brings the fleet’s total trailer units to 140 which comprises a mix of reefers, dump trucks and tarps.

ABC Logistic is a Cantabrian-Basque family company , which in addition to the intermodal business has a large presence in the north of the peninsula with its own offices in La Coruña, Santander and Vitoria and a 5,000-square-metre multi-client logistics warehouse in Jundiz, Vitoria.

In other news, a commercial delegate recently joined Lecitrailer.
