Transport and logistics company, Toll, is reviewing the sale of one of its business units following a strategic review.
Toll is exploring the potential sale of Toll Global Express.
The Global Logistics and Global Forwarding businesses, according to Toll, are not impacted by this announcement.
“While this process is underway, Toll Group business units remain focused on servicing customers and implementing the company’s strategy to improve business performance,” Toll said in a statement.
Financial advisors to manage the sale process include J.P. Morgan and Nomura.
“There is no certainty that a transaction will occur,” Toll said. “Further announcements will be made as appropriate.”
