Netherlands-based trailer manufacturer, Van Eck, has invested in its aftersales network to provide excellent service for its customers.
In addition to its main manufacturers’ service in Beesd, Van Eck recently added 99 new service points from 13 different countries in order to sustain the continuity of its customers’ operations.
New service network expansion includes Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Serbia, Switzerland, and the UK to its service network and is committed to achieving minimum downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
For easy customer access, Van Eck updated its website with the 'Find Service Point' page.
Also, for faster and more efficient response times, Van Eck has invested in the necessary IT infrastructure and connected its authorised service points with a service portal for timely and diligent warranty handling.
From its main service point located in the production plant in Beesd, the Netherlands, Van Eck offers maintenance and repairs, changeovers, adjustments, and periodic maintenance services with its aftersales team.
In other news, German airfreight specialist, Georgi, has recently taken delivery of two custom trailers from Van Eck.
