Equipment specialist, JOST, is confident about an economic revival as many countries ease their Covid-19 restrictions.
All JOST plants are reported to be in operation worldwide and the availability of the company's products are guaranteed.
“You could and can order parts as usual and get them delivered,” JOST said in a statement. “This is an important success for us, because reliable business relationships are the essential basis of our trade.”
JOST survived the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic without any major incidents.
“Without exception, we have consistently implemented the necessary measures to minimise the risk of infection, for which we have received positive feedback from the local authorities in many places,” said JOST. “At this point, we would like to thank our JOST colleagues who are doing great things in this challenging time and whose health is our top priority.”
International movement of goods is expected to be impacted by Covid-19 for the remainder of this year.
“We are convinced that JOST will emerge stronger from this crisis as a company because we are taking the right measures to deal with the changed framework conditions,” JOST said.
Last month, JOST International established a training and troubleshooting platform.
