German axle specialist, gigant, has announced an update to its senior leadership.
Exactly a year ago, Thomas Veismann took over the position of Managing Director of gigant and has been operationally managing the company since then. Alfons B. Veer assisted him as the second Managing Director of the company.
The official handover phase has thus been completed on schedule. Alfons B. Veer had largely taken himself out of the daily business last year and ceded the active role of managing director to Veismann.
From May 2020, Alfons B. Veer will hand over the entire management to Veismann and can concentrate 100 per cent on his duties as a Director in the Krone commercial vehicle group.
Alfons B. Veer will continue to stay in close contact with Veismann and will support him with his many years of experience.
