North American OEM, JOST International, has announced the grand opening of its sales support studio at its headquarters and landing gear operations in Grand Haven, Michigan.
The equipment specialist is scheduling live interactive sales and training sessions for landing gear and fifth wheel wheel product lines.
“During this time of restricted travel and limited face to face interactions we are looking for ways to stay in touch and connected to one of the most important parts of our business – the customer,” said Brian Moynihan of JOST International.
“This new studio gives us a resource to present solutions, introduce new products, and help to trouble shoot any issues in the field.
“While we look forward to getting back in front of our customers, we will use this tool to the best of our ability to stay connected,” he said.
JOST International designs and manufactures fifth wheels, landing gear, kingpins, turntables, hydraulic cylinders and aerodynamic devices for the road transportation market from two manufacturing plants and distribution centres in North America.
The company's corporate headquarters in Grand Haven, Michigan, also serves as the manufacturing facility for landing gear and king pin product lines which operates under third party ISO9001 certification. JOST International manufactures fifth wheels in Greeneville, Tennessee, and have been awarded certifications in TS16949 as well as ISO14000.
