Equipment specialist, SAF-Holland, has appointed Mike Ginocchio as the President of what will soon be a combined Asia Pacific and China arm of the business.
Ginocchio, currently serving as President of the Asia Pacific region (APAC) and member of the Group Management Board of SAF-Holland group, will assume responsibility for the China region on 1 January 2020.
SAF-Holland segments as of 1 January 2020 will comprise the EMEA, Americas and APAC_I/China regions.
Ginocchio worked for SAF-Holland in the US from 1995 through to 2015 in various staff and operational management positions in the areas of technical development, product management, product planning, business development and strategic purchasing.
In January 2016 he was appointed Vice President of the APAC region. On 1 January 2019, Ginocchio became the president of the APAC region and a member of the Group Management Board of SAF-Holland.
Ginocchio is a graduate engineer and postdoctoral lawyer. He initially studied mechanical engineering at the Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, followed by law at the Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois.
