ICTS Group expands its international influence

European trailer rental firm, ICTS Group, has signed new international partnerships to expand its customer base.

According to ICTS Group, the new partnerships include Turkey-based logistics company, Ekol, Hungarian transportation business, Waberer’s, Polish-based group, Link, and global freight forwarder, CLdN Cargo.

The ICTS Group recently delivered 50 lightweight 13.7m chassis to CLdN Cargo to complement its container and trailer equipment inventory.

The ICTS Group has entered into a strategic partnership agreement for the maintenance, repair and other services with Waberer’s and Link in relation to their rolling equipment. The partnership resulted from the ICTS Group’s International focus on providing services through its various workshops and cross-border mobile field activities.

“Waberer’s is a leading own-asset vehicle operator in international full truckload transportation in Europe and the market leader in Hungary in domestic freight and complex logistics services,” ICTS Group said in a statement. “The partnership with both companies is in line with the ICTS Group’s ‘zero defect’ strategy, with which the company is focusing on becoming an axis in Europe based on its rental and full service concepts.”

The ICTS Group has undersigned an extensive rental agreement with Ekol, which was reportedly signed in the presence of Ekol Chairman, Ahmet Musul, and ICTS Group President & CEO, Jan Coene, concerning the rental of 125 Kässbohrer Mega Huckepack curtain-sider trailers divided into 100 TIR mega long-term rentals and 25 short-term mega rentals. As part of the rental agreement, the ICTS Group will also perform APK (Dutch MOT) and preventive inspections at the ICTS Group’s international workshops in Zeebruges in Belgium and Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
